SHIPPING & TRACKING
Current processing times vary depending on demand. You can find the most up-to-date processing and shipping times at the top of the homepage in the announcement bar.
Once packed and shipped, delivery timeframes will depend on the carrier (Australia Post), as a general rule of thumb, allow 4 - 6 Business Days to receive parcels and 8 - 10 Business Days for Letters.
The Art of Budgeting is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been received by Australia Post. If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you suspect theft or delivery error, contact us via the contact page.
Digital downloads will be emailed to you upon purchase. No physical item will be shipped as part of a digital file. You must download and print the item yourself. Digital items are clearly labeled.
Please only purchase if you are willing to accept these terms.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations, once marked as 'shipped' are not accepted, if you have any queries, please reach out to us via the contact page. A restocking fee of $10.00 is applicable to any cancelled orders.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Art of Budgeting is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather events or incomplete addresses.
RETURN POLICY
Please reach out via the contact page, given the handmade nature of the majority of the items stocked, returns are not generally accepted. But as always, please reach out with any queries you may have.
